NoteTab CSE:  Searches sites related to the NoteTab text editor from www.NoteTab.com.  Currently searches about a dozen sites.  Only problem  is the poor results google gets from Yahoo Groups - and the official NoteTab groups are on Yahoo.  See the 'Off-Topic' NoteTab group for discussion of this CSE.

 

 

Government Watchers CSE:  Searches about 60 sites - which monitor government legislation, policy, spending, voting, etc..   It includes only com, org, edu, us, etc..... no .GOV sites.  Google and various .gov search engines already do a great job there.

 

You can view a list of the sites searched by the CSE.  The CSE started  8-13-07 with sites I found while doing research on the National Debt.  I am not into politics and my list could certainly benefit from more knowledgeable people.  If interested please sign up as a CSE contributor or contact me.

 

I'd like to keep the list populated with reasonably unbiased, objective sites - to aid those looking for meaningful data.  The site list has columns for "Focus/Mission" and "Resources"... I thought these might be useful, but am not sure.  I am looking for feedback on this idea...and help filling in the data - I don't have the knowledge to do it my self.

 

I also plan to add several search filters - which show up as buttons on the CSE result page.  You can specify the sites/pages/formula used to refine a search.  Please let me know if you have ideas re what filters would be useful.
